Hamburg Vacuum designs screw spindle vacuum pumps for all kinds of application including chemical explosion protection, consulting of manufacturers and production sides for pumps and general EX protection.

Having the knowledge to design and produce screw spindle pumps as positive displacement pumps with an electrical synchronous drive, the focus is on the design of this kind of pumps in a specific version as heat pumps and cooling compressors using R718, water, as refrigerant. Hamburg Vacuum will have the lead in connection with research, development, and design of this new kind of compressors and will share this information with compressor manufacturers in a license fee cooperation.
